      +shirale68 My tip would be to eat healthy (As described in the video) and exercise. Exercising (along with healthy and nutritious food!!!!) promotes muscle growth and muscles weigh a lot more than fat does (besides, we need muscles to survive. Without muscles your body would just be a paralysed blob on the floor. And muscles are cool to show off, so why not 😀 ). I think you needed to be active for at least an hour a day to stay healthy, so go for that. c:
