    I was 128kg im short with a big belly lol… after following this diet for 30 days i have lost 20 kg and i feel goooooooood!!! but be ware dont have a cheat day as it will just slow you down plus it will be very hard to restart the diet .. dont have a cheat day… just doit… i have lost 20 kg just by relaxing on my sofa .. now i will do another 30 days plus exercise and i will be very very sexy.. it only takes 60 days …. IT REALLY WORKS!!

      got up approximatly 7 AM .. first of all i drink the lemon water then 15 min walk,,, and after walk i do 5 min exercise .. after 30 min i eat eggs and green tea.. round about 12 i eat again eggs and apple and after 5 min i eat green tea.. round about 5 pm i eat again 1 apple and after 5 min take the green tea.. round about 8 pm i eat oats .. and round about 9 pm the last cup of green tea..
      you can drink water whenever you want.

    Today’s updates:

    Day 1: 93.0 kgs (Starting weight at the beginning of the diet!)
    Day 2: 90.3 kgs
    Day 3: 89.0 kgs
    Day 4: 88.5 kgs
    Day 5: 87.9 kgs
    Day 6: 87.3 kgs
    Day 7: 86.9 kgs
    Day 8: 86.8 kgs
    Day 9: 86.3 kgs
    Day 10: 85.8 kgs

    Outcome:
    – Lost 7.2 kgs in 10 days
    – facial puffiness is noticeably reduced
    – bloated stomach is back in normal shape (close to flat but not ripped yet!)
    – Feeling light on the feet. Easier to climb stairs now!
    – Lost few inches around my waist. I’m down to 2 lower belt buckle holes.
    – Sagging area below/surrounding armpits is bit lesser now
    – Hopefully the toning will be accomplished by resuming my weight training routine

    Against the target weight of 83kgs, I weighed 85.8kgs on the morning of Day 10 after following this diet strictly for 10 complete days.

    I will try to maintain this weight loss by moving back to my usual diet and with moderate weight training routine. If successful, in NOT regaining the lost weight quickly, I will probably repeat this diet after few weeks.

    Oh, I plan to continue with Oats as dinner meal as recommended in this diet. I like that option very much!

    I’ve done this diet before but I did it really messingly but I lost 12kgs!
    This diet works. The only thing is that, because it works magically and you can see results every day, some people might take it too easy and mess with it or quit it and back again like I did before, but I’ll really try to commit to it this time.

    My height is 178cm, weight is around 90kg, I want to lose between 15 and 20 kg in a month time so that I will be about 72kg.

    I eventually get tired of the taste of bolied eggs and green tea, and I quit after a couple of days, but this time I’ll try to stick to it for around a month because I really want to do this for myself and to have a nicer and healthier body.

    I’ll update by mid Feburary! Good luck everyone!

    i weighed 85 kgs. before starting a gym workout. with my workout, i only eat 6 eggs a day. 2 in my breakfast, 2 in lunch and another 2 in dinner. in just 2 weeks, i lost 15 kgs.
    the problem now is i must have new clothes, hahaha…
